Checks are accepted for deposits only.  The
balance due must be paid for in cash when the
puppy is picked up.  Pick of puppy is given in the
order deposits are taken.

After a puppy has been picked up, all veterinary care is the
responsibility of the buyer.

To validate your puppy's health, the buyer has 72 hours from
the pick up time to have the puppy health checked by a
veterinarian.  If a disorder is detected, a signed statement is
required proof.  The seller has the right to seek a second
opinion from a veterinarian of her choice.  If a disorder is
present, at the seller's choice, the puppy will either be
replaced with a puppy from the same litter, or your purchase
price refunded.  To obtain a replacement puppy, or purchase
refund, the purchased puppy, the AKC registration papers,
and microchip paperwork must be returned to seller.

Subject to the buyer's compliance with items 1-6 below, this
puppy will carry a 25-month (from whelp date) guarantee to
be free of genetic hip and elbow Dysplasia.  This puppy is
being sold with full registration.

1.  All guarantees apply to the original buyer.  Guarantees are
not transferable.

2.  The dog must carry the kennel name "Hatz Off" as a prefix.

3.  The buyer must have the dog's hips and elbows certified
as good or better through The Orthopedic Foundation for
Animals (OFA).

4.  Buyer must administer the Vitamin NuVet Plus and NuJoint
Plus for the two-year period.  Proof of NuVet use will be
vitamin purchases as documented by NuVet Labs
code#90552.  (NuVet Labs maintains, and will provide seller,
a permanent record of sales by purchaser).  

5.  This puppy/dog must not have been used for breeding
prior to two years of age.

6.  If after the 25 months of continuous NuVet use (item #4
above) the dog is positively diagnosed with hip or elbow
Dysplasia the seller will replace the dog with another of
comparable quality to the original.  The puppy selected for
replacement will be mutually agreed upon between seller and
buyer, however, in no case must the seller show more than
20 possible replacement puppies, nor must the seller obtain
puppies from a source other than her own stock.  
Replacements made only upon verification that the dog with
hip and or elbow Dysplasia has been spayed/neutered.

The following additional conditions apply to a puppy sale:

1.  Except as noted in #2 below, deposit or purchase refunds
are not made in part or in full, except at the sole discretion of
the seller and only in a very unusual circumstance.

2.  Seller will refund one-half of the deposit made on puppies
yet to be borne (future litters), if buyer decides not to take a
puppy from the agreed upon litter(s), and that decision is
communicated to the seller during the period ending at 9 P.M.
on the 35th day after the litter is whelped.

3.  Breeder is not responsible for any other accidents,
conditions,ailments, death, disease etc, to the puppy after
pick-up.

4.  All costs for OFA, fees etc are the responsibility of the
buyer.

5.  The seller can not guarantee that the puppy will be show
quality, will be able to be bred, or its size fully grown.  The
only guarantees provided are those listed above.

The puppy has received all vaccines due to date.  The puppy
has not been vaccinated against rabies.  Shot record will be
provided at the time the puppy is picked-up.  To ensure the
puppies continued good health, and with guidance from a
veterinarian, it is strongly recommended that all vaccines be
kept up to date.    

Dog Pedigree Registration Disclosure:

The Labrador retriever you are purchasing can be registered
with AKC (The American Kennel Club).  What The American
Kennel Club Registration means is only that AKC maintains
information regarding the parentage and identity of this
puppy.  It does not guarantee the quality of health of this
puppy, and it does not guarantee quality lineage.  Since dog
pedigree registries depend in large part of the honesty and
accuracy of persons registering dogs.  Registration does not
guarantee the accuracy of the lineage or that this puppy is
purebred.

The buyer agrees to care for, feed, love and look out for the
puppy/dogs best interest at all times.

*Subject to paragraph two above, and the seller providing the
healthy described herein, payments including deposits are
not refundable.  In addition, if a deposit has been taken, the
deposit will be forfiet at 9 P.M. and the seller simultaneously
relieved of the obligation to provide any puppy on the
required pick-up date.
